If it's in the right place, Aurora should detect it - so if you browse to Content/0000000000000000 you should see the names of the games after the title IDs, so instead of just saying 57520802 it should say 57520802. The only other thing to check is that you've got the correct number of zeroes in the folder names - Content/0000000000000000 should be 16 zeroes and the 00000002 after 57520802 should have 7 zeroes before the 2. I've just checked my Arkham City Disc 2 and the folders are already correctly named. Disc 2 contains the DLC files, which are the same DLC files you'd find anywhere else. Disc 1 of the GOTY edition is just the game, so that will be exactly the same as the standard edition - same Title ID, no difference between the files on those discs.
